The Millennium Bridge Club

The Millennium Bridge Club was a series of pop up swing dance gatherings that happened during the summer of 2007 on London’s Millennium Bridge. They typically started at 4am after events such as the legendary Black Cotton Club. They finished sometime after sunrise. I retrieved this short video from my old, rusty 2007 hard drives after hearing about the death of Gary Watson this week, the organiser of the Millennium Bridge Club. I hope this video brings back some of the great memories from that era and a very tall, well dressed and inspiring man. For those wishing to attend the funeral, I’ve posted the details below the comments.
