Trade Show Videographer in London
Trade show videographer in London. Stand walkthroughs, product launch films, exhibitor and visitor interviews, and same-day social cuts pushed to your channels while the show is still running. ExCeL, Olympia, Business Design Centre and across the UK.
Trade show & corporate event showreel — twenty years in two minutes.
Filming a trade show is, in practice, the same job as filming a conference — same crew, same multi-camera approach, same delivery rhythm. Most large UK trade shows include a conference programme alongside the exhibition floor anyway, so we're often capturing the talks and the stands on the same shoot. Twenty years of doing this in London and across the UK and Europe.
What we deliver at a trade show
- Stand walkthrough — a clean 60-90 second film that captures the design, scale and energy of your booth, suitable for next year's pitch deck or the company website.
- Product reveal / demo films — focused coverage of any in-booth product launch, demo or signing event.
- Exhibitor interviews — short pieces-to-camera from your team explaining the product, the show and the company. Packaged as 30-60 second social cuts.
- Visitor interview B-roll — vox pops with attendees about why they came, what they were looking for, what stood out. High-value sales asset.
- Same-day social cuts — 15-30 second clips delivered throughout the day for the marketing team to push to LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok while the show is still running.
- Post-show highlight reel — a 2-minute highlight video delivered within a week, used for next year's promotion and ongoing social content.
Venues we've filmed at
ExCeL London, Olympia, Business Design Centre Islington, Old Billingsgate, the Barbican, Tobacco Dock, the QEII Centre and across the UK regional exhibition circuit. We handle venue accreditation, rigging and any media liaison with the show organiser.

How a typical trade show shoot runs
- Pre-show call — confirm the show, your stand number, key moments to capture, key people to interview, social platforms to push to.
- Walkthrough on setup day (where possible) — quick recce so we know the floor plan and lighting before doors open.
- Show day(s) — single operator or 2-person team depending on scope. Continuous coverage of stand activity, interviews scheduled around your key meetings.
- Same-day delivery — short clips turned around in real time for social, transferred via WeTransfer or directly into your team's drive.
- Post-show recap — first cut of the highlight reel within a week, with up to two rounds of revisions.
- Asset library — final delivery of all clean masters, B-roll selects and edited clips for the marketing team to reuse.

Case study — Pi Live
Pi Live sits somewhere between a trade show and a conference, as many trade shows do. There's an informational and educational element in the form of presentations and panel sessions, but a large part of the event is networking among industry professionals and exhibitors showcasing their products and services on the main floor. We've filmed about fifteen editions of it over the years.
While we're occasionally commissioned by individual companies exhibiting at trade shows, more often we're hired by the show organisers — which shapes the shape of the highlight video. We record interviews with multiple exhibitors in the same film, particularly the main sponsors, film activity at each stand, and capture clips from exhibitor representatives when they're presenting. The finished video promotes the show itself, and at the same time it's a strong piece of content for the individual exhibitors and sponsors who appear in it.

Why work with Promo Video for your trade show
A trade show shoot succeeds or fails on tempo. Twenty years filming events means we know how to read a show floor — when to push for an interview, when to pull back, when to chase a moment. Small reliable team, fast turnaround, no agency layer. Fixed-price quote.
If your stand also benefits from a 360° / VR walkthrough — increasingly common for sales-followup material — that side runs through our sister studio Catch Reality. Same crew, one combined fee.
